Damages and issues
We are not responsible for damages or issues that occur after the order is marked as 'delivered' by our shipping carrier. It is the recipients responsibility to transfer the meat into a freezer or refrigerator upon arrival. We cannot provide refunds for meat boxes that are delayed due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Non-returnable items
Since most of our products are perishable we have a strict no returns and no refunds policy. We cannot accept frozen products back for resale.
